30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items purchased from our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your unopened purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please note that we require up to 10 days for processing returns.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging. Opened items may not be returned. If you have an issue with your Thermacup, please contact customer service so that we can troubleshoot or get your mug a replacement.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@thermacup.com. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive your unopened item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Please allow up to 10 days for this process.
For opened items that cannot be returned, or if you experience any issues with your product, please contact customerservice@wipemate.com or call 877-259-2025 for assistance.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Defective products: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund.
