How long does the mug take to charge?

Initial charges can take 4-5 hours, and should be done before first use of the mug. After the mug is fully charged, charging time will vary based upon battery depletion level, but is on average around one hour.

How do I change the temperature setting?

Quick press the power button on the side of the mug to change the temperature. You will see the LED icon light up on the front of the mug. Each quick press raises the temperature by 10 degrees, between 110-150 degrees Fahrenheit. Thermacup will remember your last setting between uses.

Can I keep my mug on the coaster when not in use?

Yes, you can safely keep the mug on its coaster and charge it overnight. 

Do I have to use an app to change the temperature?

No, we designed Thermacup specifically to avoid any unnecessart and cumbersome technology. Our simple, one button design is easy for anyone to use.

How do I turn the mug off?

We recommend turning off your mug for long-term storage or traveling. Press and hold the power button until the battery level indicator is no longer lit up.

How long does shipping usually take?*
